I thought for years...I do not see myself the same. I thought for years I did though. It was a weird idea I had made up and put into my own head. Our minds are powerful and what snapped me out of it was so many people who said that they are usually impressed when they see an overweight person working out. That means they are trying to be better. So I choose to think of that instead.
